This workshop builds basic meal planning principles by addressing specific healthy foods and strategies for maximizing nutrition and your budget. Learn how to plan healthy and balanced meals at affordable prices.

 

3. Elementary Meal Planning (meal plan & meal prep)

This workshop will provide you with tools to plan and prepare healthy meals for a long period of time. Gain knowledge on how to use meal prepping and meal planning tools to customize meals and snacks based on your unique energy needs, nutrition and satisfaction. Recommendations on meal timing. 

 

4. Advanced Meal Planning (food shopping & dining out)

This workshop will teach you tools to food shop smart and save. Learn how to stretch your budget at the grocery store. Recommendations on dining out and food shopping. 

5. Basics Meal Prep

This workshop will teach you tools to prepare healthy meals for a long period of time. Gain knowledge on how to use meal prepping tools to customize meals and snacks based on your unique energy needs, nutrition and satisfaction. Recommendations on meal timing.
